SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within two business days. All items are shipped via UPS or FedEx. You may select a level of delivery: ground, overnight, 2-day, 3-day.

WHOLESALE ORDERS
Upon receipt of the order, we will contact you with the amount of shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
There may be additional charges for duty or value-added taxes. We will notify you prior to shipping of the additional amount.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Even though our products are packed carefully, occasionally, though rarely, damage may occur during shipping. Please notify us immediately and keep all packing materials in the condition you received them.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, but if you do need to return an item, notify us within 5 days after delivery. Please call us for return instructions. Items may be returned only if damaged in shipping or if the item is not as advertised. Shipping charges and insurance fees are not refundable.

We will happily provide an exchange for other merchandise if the product is returned to us in saleable condition within 15 days from the date of the invoice.
